Completed the countersinking of all of the K1100-8 nutplates so that the #8 screw and the dimpled skin sit nice and flush. The test sample worked great and the skin and screw are nice and flush.
Also flush riveted and countersunk the K1000-06 nutplates. They all turned out well. I'll get to priming them this weekend.
I also countersunk for the rivet holes that attach the K1000-4 nutplates. Used the AN426AD3-6 flush rivets to set those in place. I primed where I removed the anondized aluminum due to the countersinking.
I primed outside when it was quite windy. Didn't do a very good job covering up the spar, but it won't hurt any and no one is going to see it anyway.
Both spar flangers have been countersunk and the K1100-8 and K1000-06 nutplates riveted
